It was particularly difficult for me living outside the country at the time, but Cristina maintained open lines of communication with regular emails and phone calls. While we expected things might move slowly given the recent softening of the real market, Cristina helped us to set an asking price that was spot-on and quickly fielded an offer and short closing that frankly exceeded our expectations. Cristina Morizio is an excellent realtor. When I was searching to purchase a new home, she was there with me from day one. She was a great listener, always supportive, gave stellar advice and always acted in my best interest. I trust her whole heartedly and plan to work with her again in the future. I've worked with other realtors in the past who only cared about the final paycheck, they made decisions to benefit themselves and not the client. Cristina is the opposite of this. She puts in the work and its obvious that her focus is her clients and helping them to get the best deal. My realtor, Cristina Morizio is a very personable, professional and knowledgeable individual. Since I was moving from out of state, I only had sporadic days/times I could meet to visit apartments, and Cristina was always patient and made herself available, even if I had a last minute request. When I was ready to move, she expedited the entire rental process and negotiated the rent price so that I could get everything taken care of as quickly as possible. I highly recommend her.
